Andorra, officially referred to as the Principality of Andorra, is a sovereign landlocked microstate located on the Iberian Peninsula in the eastern Pyrenees. It shares borders with France to the north and Spain to the south. As of October 30, 2014, the Government of the Republic of Serbia has decided to allow visa-free entry for all types of national passports (except emergency travel documents and travel documents issued in accordance with international conventions). If you have a valid Schengen, UK and EU Member States' visa, or visa of the United States of America, or if you have a foreign national passport with a residence permit in the countries of the Schengen area, EU or the United States of America, you can enter, transit and stay in the Republic of Serbia for up to 90 days during a six-month period.
Even better, if you have two passports, you can enter with an expired national passport with a valid visa or residence permit and a valid national passport without a valid visa or residence permit. Just make sure to present your valid passport upon entering the territory of the Republic of Serbia if you hold a residence permit in the form of a separate card (not a sticker affixed to your passport). Does Schengen visa work for Andorra?
The government of Andorra does not impose any visa requirements on its visitors, and only mandates a passport or European Union national identity card for entry. However, it should be noted that entry into Andorra is only possible through the Schengen countries of Spain or France, and as such, the Schengen visa regulations can be considered to apply de facto. It is important to note that Andorra is not a part of the Schengen area, and therefore, a multiple entry visa is necessary to re-enter the Schengen area upon leaving Andorra. Types of Andorra Visas
The diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Serbia issue two types of visas: the short stay visa (visa C) and the long stay visa (visa D).
The short stay visa (visa C) is intended for tourists, business travelers, and other types of travel, and allows for one, two, or multiple entries into the Republic of Serbia. The duration of an alien's continuous residence with a short stay visa, or the total length of consecutive stays, cannot exceed 90 days within a six-month period from the date of first entry. A short stay visa with multiple entries may be issued with a validity period of up to one year.
The long-term visa (visa D) permits entry and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia for a period between 90 and 180 days. It is issued to foreigners who require a visa in accordance with the visa regime for entry into the Republic of Serbia and who intend to apply for a temporary stay in the country.
Foreigners who enter the Republic of Serbia without a visa, based on the Decision on visa-free entry for holders of foreign passports with a valid Schengen, UK, or other Member States' visa, or a visa of the United States of America, and for holders of foreign passports with a residence permit in the Schengen area, EU, or the United States of America, cannot apply for temporary residence in Serbia. Instead, they must apply for a long-term visa (visa D) upon arrival in Serbia to regulate their temporary stay.

In the case of extramarital communion with a citizen of the Republic of Serbia: certificate of free marital status, statements of extra-marital partners and notarized statements of two witnesses regarding the partner's communion, proof of the joint address of the residence, if they have a joint child - birth certificate of the child.
